Quote validity

This quote is valid for a period of 14 days. Beyond that, rates and availability are subject to change. This validity also applies to departure and return dates.

Insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events: cancellation, accident, baggage incident, medical care, etc. We offer this as an option.

Confidentiality

We would be very grateful if you would not share our programs (e.g., circuit comparison) with companies offering the same services as us to avoid any fraudulent use of our circuit creations, photos, ideas and professional information. Thank you very much for your understanding. Unauthorized use of our photos by other websites with names similar to our company should be considered fraud and prosecuted in accordance with national legislation, but more than that as a lack of intelligence on their part.

Cancellation

After the booking period, after payment of the deposit, here is the scale we apply:

More than 60 days before departure date: no cancellation fees.
From 44 to 31 days before departure date: fifty percent (50%) of the total price including tax of the trip, plus administrative fees of one hundred and fifty euros (150€) per person and transfer fees of sixty euros (60€) per refund made.
Less than 30 days before departure date: one hundred percent (100%) of the total price including tax of the trip, plus administrative fees of one hundred and fifty euros (150€) per person and transfer fees of sixty euros (60€) per refund made.
In case of no-show on departure day: 100% of the total price including tax of the trip.

Air travel

All air services (airline tickets, airport taxes, baggage supplements, etc.) are subject to the conditions of partner airlines. Once issued, these services are neither modifiable, nor refundable, nor exchangeable, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
In case of trip cancellation, the costs related to airline tickets remain entirely at the Client's expense. It is up to them to take out travel insurance covering any unforeseen events
